About Us
Origninally built in 1965, the skating rink was known as the Hillside Roller Palace. John Gustafson purchased the facilities and opened the Auburn Skate Connection in 1973. Because of the high levels of interest in the surrounding areas, competetive programs in Speed and Figure Skating have always been offed here.
The Rink has been the home to many generations of skaters, from recreational to Regional and National Champions, and is open to the public throughout the year.
